Job Title: Yamaha OBM (Outboard Motor) 2&4-Stroke Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Yamaha OBM 4-Stroke Technician to join our service team. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Yamaha 4-stroke outboard motors, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with Yamaha OBM 4-stroke motors.
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing on outboard motors, including oil changes, spark plug replacements, and adjustments.
• Repair and replace defective parts and components.
• Test outboard motors after repairs to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers and team members.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Yamaha OBM 4-stroke motors or similar outboard engines.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of outboard motor components and systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Relevant certifications or technical training in marine engine repair is preferred.
