Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Outdoor Sales & Marketing Manager with proven experience in the healthcare industry to drive both business growth and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will excel in field sales, client relationship management, and integrated marketing (digital + offline). Arabic language skills will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales – Healthcare Focus:

• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, medical centers, and corporate wellness programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, decision-makers, and key accounts.
• Conduct regular client visits to present healthcare services, negotiate agreements, and close deals.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly healthcare sales targets.
• Prepare sales performance reports and forecasts for management.

Marketing – Healthcare Campaigns:

• Develop and implement outdoor marketing campaigns for healthcare services, including billboards, events, health fairs, and community outreach.
• Manage digital healthcare marketing initiatives such as social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid online advertising.
• Ensure marketing campaigns are fully aligned with healthcare sales goals and brand positioning.
• Collaborate with creative teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to produce high-quality healthcare promotional materials.
• Monitor healthcare market trends, competitor activities, and campaign results to refine strategies
