Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Industry-Specific Sales Experience

Experience in Cosmetics, Skincare, Beauty, or FMCG sales

Strong understanding of Retail Distribution (Salons, Pharmacies, Beauty stores)

Proven ability to Meet Sales Targets in a competitive beauty market

  1. Product Knowledge (Beauty Focus) - Skincare, Makeup, and Personal Care Products

Ability to explain : Ingredients and benefits / Skin types and concerns / Product usage and routines

Awareness of beauty trends (e.g., influenced by brands like Huda Beauty, Fenty Beauty, L'Oréal)

  1. Client Management (B2B & Retail)

Build relationships with: Beauty salons / Spas / Retail shops / Pharmacies

Ability to Negotiate shelf space, promotions, and bulk deals

Ensure Product visibility and merchandising standards.

  1. Demonstration & Presentation Skills

Ability to Demonstrate products on Clients or Customers

Conduct In-store promotions and sampling activities Train retailer staff on product usage and selling points

  1. Communication & Selling Skills

Strong persuasion and upselling techniques. Confident in face-to-face interactions

Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively

  1. Target & Performance Driven

Achieve: Monthly Sales Targets / Distribution targets (new outlets opened)

Product placement goals / Monitor competitor activities and pricing

  1. Visual Merchandising Awareness

Ensure products are: Properly displayed / Well-stocked / Positioned attractively / Follow brand guidelines for in-store displays

  1. Reporting & CRM

Maintain: Daily visit reports / Sales tracking / Stock levels at outlets

Use CRM or mobile apps for order placement and tracking

  1. Key KPIs

  • Sales revenue and growth

  • Number of active retail accounts

  • Product sell-through rate

  • In-store visibility compliance

  • Customer retention and repeat orders

Desired Candidate Profile

· Bachelor's degree · 3-5 years of sales experience preferably in the beauty industry · Fluent in English & Arabic · Driving License
