Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and expand a client base by proactively identifying and engaging potential customers in outdoor settings, such as beauty salons, spas, and retail outlets.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets by presenting and promoting cosmetic products, demonstrating their benefits, and closing sales deals effectively.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations, providing expert advice on skincare and makeup application techniques to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business through personalized service.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field to establish a strong foundation in sales and marketing principles.
  • Holds relevant certifications in cosmetology, skincare, or makeup artistry, demonstrating specialized knowledge and enhancing credibility with customers.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry, showcasing practical sales expertise.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of the cosmetics industry, including product knowledge, trends, and consumer behavior, ensuring effective sales strategies.
