Roles & Responsibilities
An Outdoor Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving the company's sales by actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects. This position requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and enjoys the challenge of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The Outdoor Sales Executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that best fit their requirements. They are expected to maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered by the company and communicate these effectively to clients. Success in this role is measured by the ability to expand the customer base, increase sales revenue, and enhance the company s reputation in the marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and entry strategies.
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to customers in a compelling way.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the management team.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to improve sales prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve overall sales performance.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or market.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful deals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite for reporting.
