Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and assess their needs for product solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products.
- Address client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Continuously update your knowledge of products and industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive or similar sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage time effectively.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques and principles in a competitive market.
- Valid driver s license and willingness to travel extensively for sales activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
