Roles & Responsibilities
As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be a key player in driving sales and establishing long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients. You will be responsible for showcasing the company's products and services by meeting with clients on-site, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that address their concerns. A successful Outdoor Sales Executive should possess excellent communication skills, a strong desire to succeed, and the ability to work independently while building a robust sales pipeline. Your proactive nature and results-driven mindset will contribute to achieving sales targets, thereby driving the company's revenue growth. This role requires travel and face-to-face interaction, making your personality and presentation skills crucial to success.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Visit potential and existing customers to present company products and services.
- Develop comprehensive sales proposals tailored to customer needs and preferences.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable sales deals.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve any issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and meet potential clients.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in an outdoor setting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales independently.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to travel extensively and manage time effectively while on the field.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools for sales tracking.
