Job Description

As an Outdoor Sales Executive specializing in Residential Kitchens, you will spearhead efforts to build strong customer relationships and close deals within the residential kitchen sector. Your role is critical as you are the bridge between the company and potential clients, involving a strategic blend of customer engagement, market analysis, and sales activities. With a deep understanding of kitchen solutions and trends, you will be responsible for traveling to various residential locations, identifying customer needs, and recommending ideal kitchen products. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Stay updated on kitchen design trends and competitive products in the market.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with clients for post-sale support and service.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Participate in trade shows and events to showcase company offerings.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in outdoor sales, particularly in the kitchen sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Ability to travel frequently and independently within assigned territories.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer relationships.
  • Solid understanding of residential kitchen products and design principles.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
