Responsibilities
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients.

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Provide excellent post-sale customer service to maintain client relationships.
  • Travel frequently to meet clients at their locations or attend industry events.
  • Generate leads through networking, branding events, and other outreach strategies.
  • Report sales activities and progress to senior management regularly and comprehensively.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to inform sales strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outdoor sales environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients and tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
  • Valid driver s license and willingness to travel regularly for sales activities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
