Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Territory Intelligence: Conducting field surveys to identify and validate du fiber-ready residential and commercial zones.
Market Acquisition: Executing end-to-end business development strategies to onboard new subscribers.
Relationship Management: Acting as a professional consultant to provide tailored connectivity solutions to diverse clientele.
Performance Tracking: Managing a robust pipeline and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with project rollout phases.
Desired Candidate Profile
Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred for effective territory coverage.
Communication: Professional fluency in English; multilingual capabilities (Arabic, Hindi, Filipino, or Malayalam) are a distinct advantage.
Background: Prior experience in the Telecom or Banking sectors is preferred.
Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and a disciplined approach to field sales.
