Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Visit garages, workshops, spare parts shops, fleet operators, and potential business customers to promote automotive spare parts

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers in the assigned territory

  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable spare parts solutions

  • Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into long-term business clients

  • Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to expand the company’s customer network

  • Provide accurate information about product availability, pricing, warranty, and delivery timelines

  • Coordinate with internal sales, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment

  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals while maintaining company profit margins

  • Collect customer feedback and market insights to improve products and services

  • Track daily visits, inquiries, quotations, and sales activity in the system

  • Follow up with customers for repeat orders and after-sales support

  • Maintain awareness of competitor pricing, market trends, and customer demands

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a confident and field-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to develop and manage customer relationships for automotive spare parts sales. The role involves meeting customers directly, understanding their requirements, generating business opportunities, closing deals, and maintaining strong after-sales relationships.


  • Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable with outdoor field sales and customer visits

  • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

  • Basic understanding of sales principles, automotive parts and customer handling

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

  • Basic knowledge of CRM or sales tracking systems is a plus

  • Prior outdoor sales, field sales, or business development experience is preferred

  • Knowledge of automobile mechanical/electronic spare parts is a strong advantage

  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred (Mandatory)
