Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in selling industrial fasteners, anchors, clamps, and fencing hardware within the UAE market. You should be confident in field sales, technically knowledgeable, and well-connected with contractors, distributors, and project managers in the construction and infrastructure sectors.

We are manufacturers, Traders and suppliers of High Tensile Bolts/Anchors/Bespoke bent anchors along with a wide scope of sheet metal products and clamps.


Minimum 5 years’ experience of supply to MEP Contracting Companies, Oil & Gas companies, Marine Companies, Fastener & hardware companies, HVAC Industry and Fencing Industry.


Should have background in dealing and communicating with companies/industries directly and regularly with good work ethic.


Should regularly visit and have periodic dealing with consultants and revert in communication.


Well organised with a background in the similar Sales of Fasteners & Hardware field is essential.

Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven 5 experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the same industry.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the industry and customer needs.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and expand the client base by targeting relevant industries such as construction, fabrication, and fencing projects |
  • Sell a wide range of products including bolts, screws, anchors, threaded rods, clamps, fencing components, and coated hardware |
  • Visit client sites regularly to understand requirements and offer product-based solutions |
  • Leverage existing client relationships and network within the UAE to generate sales |
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals independently |
  • Ensure timely coordination with the production and logistics teams for delivery and support |
  • Maintain a high level of after-sales service, resolving client issues quickly and professionally |
  • Track sales targets, prepare weekly reports, and update the CRM database consistently |
  • Monitor competitor activity and gather market intelligence to help shape future strategies |


  • Minimum 5 years of proven outdoor sales experience in industrial fasteners and fencing materials |
  • Strong knowledge of UAE construction and industrial market |
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel daily for client visits |
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus) |
  • Strong network of contractors, distributors, and decision-makers in the UAE |
