Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships with clients.
- Promote and sell sanitaryware products to new and existing clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Identify market opportunities and provide feedback on customer needs and trends.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks; bench marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Assist customers with product inquiries, Providing detailed information about sanitaryware products to enhance satisfaction and drive sales.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive traffic to the showroom and increase brand awareness.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results‑driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong passion for sales and customer service, with proven experience in the Sanitaryware & Fittings industry. This role requires a proactive individual who can build strong client relationships, drive revenue growth and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the sanitaryware industry, demonstrating strong knowledge of sales
processes and customer service.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Prior experience in the sanitaryware sector is essential.
- Nationality preference may apply to support cultural alignment and enhance customer engagement.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and showroom management software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to address customer concerns efficiently.
- A proactive, adaptable, and detail‑oriented approach, ensuring high standards of performance and execution.
