Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned geographical territory.
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities by actively researching potential clients and markets to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase products/services to potential clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Holds a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in outdoor sales or a similar sales role, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse clients.
  • Exhibits strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to influence decisions and secure deals.
