Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, including contractors, builders, and developers, becoming their trusted advisor for building material needs.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on projects and accounts with high growth potential.
  • Conduct site visits, assess project requirements, and provide expert product recommendations tailored to specific construction needs and budgets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, showcasing the value and benefits of our building materials to decision-makers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the building materials industry, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of building materials, construction processes, and industry standards, including knowledge of product specifications and applications.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for sales management and reporting.
