Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver and sell products directly to customers on an assigned route. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets, restaurants, cafes, and other clients. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Promote new products and upsell to maximize sales volume. Collect payments and ensure accurate cash reconciliation. Monitor stock levels and manage product returns as per company policy. Report daily sales, customer feedback, and route performance to the sales supervisor.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Basic math and inventory handling skills. Good knowledge of assigned sales territory.
