Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Visit customer locations to diagnose and repair salon tools and equipment
Repair electrical and mechanical faults in salon equipment
Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks on-site
Install, test, and commission new salon equipment when required
Identify faulty parts and recommend replacements
Maintain service reports, job cards, and repair records
Ensure tools and equipment meet safety and quality standards
Provide basic usage guidance to clients after repair
Maintain assigned tools, spare parts, and service vehicle
Follow company safety policies and service procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical repair work
Experience repairing salon, beauty, or small electrical equipment
Ability to troubleshoot issues independently at client sites
Basic understanding of wiring, motors, switches, and heating elements
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to manage time and multiple service calls
Education & Experience
Technical diploma, vocational training, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
1–3 years of field service or equipment repair experience (salon equipment experience is a plus)
