Description:
We re Hiring Outlet Manager (Arabic Speaker)
Sizzlin Steak UAE is looking for a committed and service-focused Outlet Manager to lead operations at our Abu Dhabi location. If you bring integrity, enjoy fast-paced restaurant environments, and want to foster a team culture based on growth and appreciation, this role is for you.
Start Date: January 2026
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service, high food quality, and outstanding guest experiences.
Coach, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver consistent performance and strong teamwork.
Manage scheduling, staff performance, and on-floor service standards.
Oversee operational controls including cash handling, inventory checks, and adherence to health & safety procedures.
Drive local marketing initiatives and contribute to building customer loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements:
Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
Proven ability to manage a busy F&B outlet and lead a multicultural team.
Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
Solid organisational skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
Availability to start in January 2026 and commit to the responsibilities of the role.
