Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive Outreach Sales Specialist to generate and qualify leads using AI-powered tools. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to drive sales opportunities.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Use AI tools ( LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to research, segment, and reach out to leads.
- Craft personalized email and LinkedIn campaigns using automation and AI-enhanced messaging.
- Manage outreach sequences, track performance, and optimize conversion rates.
- Qualify leads through follow-up calls, messages, or meetings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report progress regularly.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for continuous campaign improvement.
*Requirements:*
- 2+ years in B2B sales or lead generation.
- Experience with outbound tools and AI platforms.
- Strong written communication and personalization skills.
- Comfortable with KPIs, metrics, and CRM tools.
