Role Description


We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative at Allin Trading S.A.R.L. located in Baabda, Lebanon.

In Lebanon, particularly within the supermarket and minimarket sectors, Outside Sales Representatives play a pivotal role in driving product distribution, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence. As an Outside Sales Representative at Allin Trading, you will be responsible for making sales presentations, building and maintaining relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service, and developing new business opportunities.


Outside Sales Representative in Supermarkets and Minimarkets

Key Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by visiting potential clients, such as supermarkets and minimarkets, to introduce and promote products.

Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-person meetings to showcase products, tailoring presentations to meet the specific needs of each retail outlet.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and pricing to close sales effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback using CRM systems.


Essential Skills & Attributes:

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and build rapport with clients.

Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating terms to achieve favorable outcomes for both the company and clients.

Self-Motivation & Independence: Capability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and stay driven to meet sales targets.

Organizational Skills: Efficient in planning routes, scheduling meetings, and managing documentation.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.


Qualifications & Experience:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.

Experience: Typically, 2 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

Licensing: A valid driver's license is usually required due to the travel nature of the role.
