Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and pre-qualify potential candidates from India based on arab gulf employer requirements, focusing on domestic worker roles. 
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for overseas employment. 
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including application management, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations, ensuring compliance with both Indian and gulf labor laws. 
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including employers, government agencies, and visa processing services, to facilitate smooth and timely deployment of domestic workers. 
- Verify the authenticity of candidate documents, including passports, educational certificates, and experience letters, to mitigate fraud and ensure compliance. 
- Provide pre-departure orientation and training to selected candidates, covering cultural adaptation, work ethics, and gulf employment regulations. 
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, candidate profiles, and deployment statuses using a recruitment management system. 
- Address candidate queries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing support throughout the recruitment and deployment process. 
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws, immigration policies, and market trends related to overseas domestic worker recruitment between India and arab gulf 
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to expand the candidate pool and enhance recruitment effectiveness. 
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as a recruitment professional certification or HR-related diplomas is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in the recruitment industry, with a focus on overseas recruitment or domestic worker placement is essential, 2+ years experience preferred.
- Experience working with recruitment agencies specializing in overseas domestic worker placement from India to the Middle East, specifically Kuwait, is highly desirable.
- Indian nationality preferred, with a strong understanding of Indian culture and values.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory, proficiency in other regional Indian languages and Arabic is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and a commitment to ethical recruitment practices.
