Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and deliver structured padel coaching sessions for all skill levels.
Conduct private, group, and academy training sessions.
Provide personalized coaching and performance feedback.
Assess player abilities and create tailored development plans.
Identify and nurture talent for competitive play.
Organize leagues, tournaments, and internal matches.
Contribute to expanding padel coaching programs and offerings.
Oversee proper usage of equipment and report maintenance issues
Ensure adherence to safety protocols during all sessions.
Coordinate schedules with management.
Assist in marketing initiatives, events, and camps.
Support member retention and acquisition
Desired Candidate Profile
Certified Padel Coach (preferred)
3–5 years of coaching or competitive playing experience
Strong knowledge of padel rules, techniques, and tactics
Experience handling group and individual sessions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
