Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Paid Ads Expert with 8+ years of experience in performance marketing to lead and scale our paid advertising function. This role requires strong expertise in campaign strategy, performance optimization, budget governance, and team leadership across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The candidate will be responsible for driving measurable business growth, maximizing ROI, and establishing scalable paid media strategies in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Paid Media Strategy Leadership: Define and execute the overall paid advertising strategy aligned with business and revenue objectives.
• Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end campaign management across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn platforms.
• Performance & ROI Optimization: Monitor and optimize KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions to ensure maximum performance.
• Budget & Bid Management: Manage large advertising budgets, forecast spend, and optimize bidding strategies for efficiency and scalability.
• A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization: Drive continuous testing of creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance.
• Analytics & Reporting: Provide data-driven insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Guide and mentor paid media specialists and collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams.
• Market & Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and compliance standards to maintain competitive advantage.
• Process & Performance Improvement: Establish best practices, frameworks, and performance standards for paid advertising operations.
