Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all painting and coating activities, ensuring projects adhere to specifications and timelines.
  • Inspect surfaces, prepare them for painting or coating, and ensure proper application techniques are followed, including surface preparation and masking.
  • Manage and train a team of painters and coaters, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Procure and manage paint, coatings, and related materials, controlling inventory and minimizing waste.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to understand project requirements and specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Engineering Graduate, NACE 2 / BGAS 2 Certified

  2. 10+ Years of Experience in EPC Oil & Gas Projects & Fabrication Shop Operations
