Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of painting work to ensure adherence to industry standards and project specifications.
- Assess surface preparation, paint application, and curing processes, documenting findings with precision.
- Collaborate with contractors and project managers to address any deficiencies or non-conformance issues promptly.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment such as dry film thickness gauges and gloss meters to measure coating quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Educational background in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Certification in painting inspection (e.g., NACE, SSPC) is preferred to ensure industry-standard knowledge.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality control or inspection within the painting industry.
- Familiarity with various coating systems and their application methods, including industrial and decorative paints.
