Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the palace, ensuring seamless coordination among various departments like hospitality, maintenance, and security.
  • Manage and maintain the palace's historical integrity, ensuring all renovations and restorations align with preservation standards.
  • Develop and execute event planning strategies, from intimate gatherings to grand state functions, while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols across the property, ensuring the well-being of guests, staff, and the preservation of the palace.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality or palace management, showcasing a strong track record of operational excellence.

  • Experience working in high-profile environments, with a solid understanding of protocol and etiquette in royal or diplomatic settings.
