Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the palace, ensuring that all activities align with the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence.
- Coordinate and manage high-profile events, including state functions, royal ceremonies, and private gatherings, while maintaining discretion and attention to detail.
- Act as the main liaison between the palace and external stakeholders, including government officials, dignitaries, and the media, to uphold the palace's reputation.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that enhance efficiency and promote a culture of excellence within the palace staff.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a preference for advanced degrees.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in luxury hospitality, palace management, or a similar high-profile environment with demonstrated leadership roles.
- Professional certifications in hospitality management or event planning are highly regarded, showcasing advanced expertise.
- Experience working in multicultural environments, preferably within royal or governmental institutions, is a significant asset.
