Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify potential SMB clients across Riyadh and Saudi Arabia
Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Qualify leads and gather key business information for the sales team
Book meetings and discovery calls with decision-makers (owners, managers)
Maintain accurate records of outreach, interactions, and pipeline activity
Collaborate with the founder on messaging and targeting strategy
Track and report on lead generation metrics
Desired Candidate Profile
2+ years experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
Basic understanding of IT, cloud, or software services is a plus
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Fluent in Arabic and English
