Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Respond to public inquiries and provide necessary guidance at assigned parking sites
- Ensure proper operation of designated parking areas and report obstacles via inspector smartphone
- Consolidate statistical data on monitored areas and submit reports to the supervisor
- Cooperate with Dubai Police and Dubai Municipality regarding towing of violating vehicles
- Monitor violations using modern technology and issue tickets in accordance with RTA regulations
- Conduct field inspections of entities receiving complaints and report findings immediately
- Educate violators about corrective measures and follow up on compliance in subsequent visits
- Monitor use of private parking spaces, vacant lands, and public parking not subject to fees, issuing violations where required
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and recommend corrective actions to the supervisor
- Report safety-related violations and incidents in a timely manner
Desired Candidate Profile
High school certificate (mandatory)
No prior experience required (training will be provided)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with the public and stakeholders
Ability to use smartphones and modern inspection technologies effectively
Knowledge of Dubai s Public Parking Regulation Law is an advantage
