As Partner Head of Energy Consulting (Middle East), you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth across the energy sector. You will be responsible for both originating and delivering large-scale transformation engagements, spanning digital innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable energy strategies. Key Responsibilities
Lead and expand the firm's Energy Consulting practice across the Middle East, with a particular focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia
Develop and execute a strategic business development plan, securing new engagements with public and private energy clients
Design and deliver complex business and technology transformation programmes, including digital transformation, operating model redesign, and innovation strategy
Build and manage high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and government stakeholders across the energy value chain
Represent the firm at major industry events and in high-level client discussions, enhancing brand visibility and credibility
Required Experience and Expertise
Extensive experience in management consulting at Partner level, ideally within a top-tier firm
Demonstrable track record in selling and delivering complex transformation engagements across the energy sector
Deep knowledge of the Middle Eastern energy landscape, including familiarity with national visions, regulatory frameworks, and regional dynamics
Strong technical understanding of digital technologies and their application in energy sector transformation
Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and grow a high-calibre consulting team
Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is advantageous
