Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Designing and optimizing partner admission and exit criteria to ensure sustainable partner quality.
2. Planning and implementing the partner onboarding process, including training and capability assessments. Onboarding
3. Developing partner tiering systems and benefit structures to foster long-term engagement and performance improvement.
4. Defining and tracking partner performance metrics, implementing data-driven evaluation and governance systems.
5. Designing and iterating incentive and benefit strategies that align with long-term operational goals.
6. Structuring the partner network across regions and cities, ensuring balanced supply and strong partner capabilities.
7. Developing scalable partner training systems, including digital learning and in-person capability building.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in partner strategy, vendor operations, or logistics delivery management. 3
2. Experience in scaling 0-to-1 projects or optimizing complex partner networks. 0 1
3. Proficiency in SQL and data tools, with strong data analysis, modeling, and business insight capabilities. SQL
4. Experience designing incentive systems, performance evaluation frameworks, or compliance governance processes.
5. Strong project management skills, communication abilities, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
6. Fluent English is required.
