Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and approach potential partners aligned with company strategy.
  • Conduct market research to discover new collaboration opportunities.
  • Prepare partnership proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.

Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and partners.
  • Resolve conflicts and manage expectations professionally.

Commercial & Contractual:

  • Negotiate pricing, revenue-sharing models, and contractual terms.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Finance teams for agreements and invoicing matters.
  • Monitor partner compliance with contract terms.

Performance & Reporting:

  • Ensure Partner is achieving Quarterly, Semi Annual & annual Goals
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly partnership performance reports.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align partnership initiatives.
  • Support onboarding processes and training for partners.
  • Assist in campaigns, launches, and co-marketing efforts.

Desired Candidate Profile

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field. (Equivalent experience may also be considered.)
  • 1 2 years of experience in Partnerships, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience within SaaS, Marketplace, or Technology industries is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent English proficiency (both written and verbal) is strictly required.
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Very good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
