Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an Partnership & Affiliation Manager to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our business through affiliate channels. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, negotiating strategic deals, and optimizing affiliate performance to drive sustainable growth. The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to grow affiliate partnerships across multiple e-commerce brands. Manage relationships with existing affiliates and recruit new high-performing partners. Negotiate commission structures, promotional campaigns, and exclusive deals. Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance using key KPIs (ROI, CR, CPA, ROAS, etc.). Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term growth strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate campaigns with overall brand goals. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, tracking policies, and budget allocation. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Proven experience (5+ years) as an Affiliate or Partnership Manager in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of affiliate networks and tracking platforms (Awin, Rakuten, CJ, Impact, etc.). Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Analytical mindset — ability to interpret performance metrics and take data-driven decisions.
Experience managing budgets and optimizing ROI across affiliate campaigns.
Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
Proactive and self-motivated, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, Google Analytics, and affiliate tracking software.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
Fluent in English; additional languages (Italian, Spanish, or German) are a plus.
