Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any Engineering course
  • 2 to 5 years in related industry
  • Strong background and knowledge in parts
  • Proven ability to work independently and under pressure to accomplish given tasks and demanding targets
  • Able to manage complex human relationships and culturally sensitive.
  • Strong understanding of the local and regional markets.
  • Proficient in MS Office
Task Description:
  • Handling of existing customers and development of new customers.
  • Achieving set budget in terms of Sales revenue and GP.
  • Maintains a high level of quality interaction with customers to develop and maintain good relationships with customers and develop new customers.
  • Sell Parts and upselling accessories to customers.
  • Promote parts awareness campaign, monthly offers, product groups and specification changes are cascaded to all parts sales staff.
  • Follows up with a call, as the basis of building a long-term relationship with customers.
  • Ensures accurate customer information, updates/records all the necessary information in Autoline.
  • Prepares all required documentation as per AS-DOS standards.
  • Actively maintains product knowledge, and competitive product knowledge.
  • Tracks lost sales and pursues uncompleted sales to close sales to the required KPI conversion rates.
  • Ensures 5S implementation.
  • Maintains harmonious relationship among staffs and strive to work towards the attainment of the department s objectives.
  • Reports to/consult immediate supervisor or Parts Manager for any untoward incident or problem that further need a managerial decision.
  • Ensures that the prevailing policies and procedures of the company are followed.
  • Ensures that conduct, attitude, attendance and appearance reflect the high standard demanded by the company.
  • Undertakes additional responsibility as required
  • Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the Sales Supervisor / Manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.
  • Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the Sales Supervisor/Manager to ensure that the required trainings are arranged and attended.
  • Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all the competencies and skills required to perform the role.
  • Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth.
