Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers while boarding and exiting vehicles, especially those with special needs or mobility challenges.
  • Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the journey.
  • Provide accurate information to passengers regarding destinations, fares, and routes.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain proper communication with the control center or dispatch team.
  • Monitor and report any safety, behavioral, or vehicle-related concerns.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of the vehicle before each trip.
  • Provide support during emergencies or accidents, following the proper protocol.
  • Help with luggage handling when required.
  • Assist tourists or new residents with local information or navigation as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Good command of English / Hindi
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or transportation is preferred.

Working Hours - 10 Hour Per Day

Weekly of - Once in a week

Salary - AED 3000 + Visa & Insurance
