Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Production et cr ation :
- Participate in the development of new recipes and menus.
- To control the quality, presentation and consistency of desserts or sweet creations coming out of the laboratory.
Brigade structure:
- Organize, supervise and train the team of pastry chefs.
- R distributes the tasks and ensures the cohesion of the brigade.
Management and logistics:
- Assisting with inventory management, cost control, and placing orders with suppliers.
Hygiene and safety:
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards within the workspace.
