Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create and develop innovative dessert recipes that reflect current trends and seasonal ingredients, ensuring a unique dining experience.
  • Master the art of various pastry techniques, including baking, tempering chocolate, and sugar work, to produce high-quality pastries and confections.
  • Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of pastries, ensuring consistency and excellence in every product served.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and organized workspace at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized institution specializing in pastry arts.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a high-volume bakery or fine dining restaurant environment.
