Roles & Responsibilities

As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and innovating a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods while ensuring the highest quality standards and strict adherence to hygiene and food-safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, bake, and decorate a wide range of pastries, desserts, and breads according to hotel standards
  • Develop and innovate new dessert concepts for the menu
  • Ensure full compliance with HACCP standards and food-safety procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the pastry kitchen
  • Monitor stock levels and manage inventory, minimizing wastage
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to meet service requirements and guest expectations
