Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of treatment plans.

  • Schedule and manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and reminders to optimize clinic flow and enhance patient satisfaction.

  • Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details, medical history, and consent forms, to ensure compliance and accuracy.

  • Coordinate with medical staff to prepare for patient visits, including the compilation of relevant medical records and test results.

  • Assist patients in navigating insurance claims and billing inquiries, providing clear explanations to alleviate concerns.

  • Educate patients about their treatment options, procedures, and pre/post-operative care to empower informed decision-making.

  • Monitor patient feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement in the patient experience.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and effective problem-solving.

  • Conduct follow-up calls or surveys post-visit to assess patient satisfaction and address any arising concerns proactively.
