Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with patients and provide necessary support

  • Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with medical staff

  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues

  • Enhance patient experience and ensure satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.

  • A minimum of 1 years of experience in a patient relations or customer service role within a healthcare setting is essential.

  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and patient management software is highly desirable.

  • Certification in patient advocacy or customer service excellence will set candidates apart.
