Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with patients and provide necessary support
Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with medical staff
Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues
Enhance patient experience and ensure satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 1 years of experience in a patient relations or customer service role within a healthcare setting is essential.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and patient management software is highly desirable.
Certification in patient advocacy or customer service excellence will set candidates apart.
