Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence, ensuring patient safety.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive patient safety programs, policies, and procedures aligned with regulatory standards.
- Monitor and analyze patient safety data, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement initiatives.
- Conduct proactive risk assessments to identify potential hazards and vulnerabilities within the healthcare environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license or other relevant clinical licensure is highly desirable.
- Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) or similar patient safety certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in patient safety, risk management, or quality improvement within a healthcare setting.
