Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Respond to patient queries across four brands by email and chat — most are order status, account, delivery, and consultation follow-ups

  2. Update orders in our dashboard checkout system and patient records in Customer io

  3. Triage and escalate clinical questions to the prescriber team (you'll never give medical advice — you'll know exactly when to hand off)

  4. Process refunds, address changes, and order amendments within agreed limits

  5. Flag chargeback risks, complaint patterns, and recurring issues to the ops lead

  6. Help with basic admin: invoice filing, supplier comms, document chasing, simple data entry across our systems

  7. Keep ticket SLAs tight — first response and resolution times are tracked

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years customer service or admin experience, ideally in healthcare, pharmacy, insurance, or another regulated/sensitive industry

  • Native or near-native English — written tone matters a lot in healthcare comms

  • Calm, patient, and discreet — some patients are anxious or frustrated, and we need someone who reads tone well

  • Detail-oriented — small errors (wrong address, wrong product) cost us real money and patient trust

  • Comfortable using helpdesks (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar), CRMs, and basic Excel/Sheets

  • Currently in the UAE with valid status (or sponsorable)

Nice to have

  • Prior experience at a telehealth, pharmacy, clinic, or insurance company

  • Exposure to Customer io, WordPress/WooCommerce, or e-commerce backends

  • A second language (Arabic, Spanish, or French) is welcome but not required
