Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly payment certificates and progress invoices
- Review subcontractor payment requests and quantities
- Coordinate with site engineers and quantity surveyors for work progress verification
- Prepare and monitor project billing and payment schedules
- Follow up on client payments and outstanding balances
- Assist in variation orders and claims preparation
- Maintain accurate payment records and reports
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and project budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in construction and payment certification
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, contracts, and progress billing
- Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Office
- Good analytical and communication skills
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM
