Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain payroll records including salaries, benefits, deductions, and overtime.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle end-of-service calculations, indemnities, and final settlements.
  • Coordinate with Finance regarding payroll reports and payments.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely manner.

HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and personnel files.
  • Support recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and absenteeism records.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, contracts, and official documentation.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor regulations.
  • Prepare HR and payroll reports as required by management.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3 to 4 years of experience in payroll and HR operations.

Strong knowledge of payroll systems and labor laws.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR software.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
