Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Employee Benefits Accountant to join our Finance and HR team. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing and employee benefits administration while ensuring statutory compliance, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Human Resources

3–5 years of experience in payroll processing and benefits accounting

Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll tax regulations, and statutory compliance

Experience with payroll software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, ADP, etc.)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools

Comprehensive knowledge of payroll processing and statutory deductions

Familiarity with benefits schemes and employee compensation policies

Experience with payroll software, ERP, and time tracking systems

Advanced Excel skills for payroll analysis and reconciliation
