Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of payroll experience within the UAE
- Bachelor s degree in HR Accounting Finance or a related field
- Strong understanding of WPS SIF file creation and end-of-service benefit calculations
- Proficiency in payroll systems e g PAYLITE CRM and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail organizational abilities and time management
- Capability to perform under pressure and meet firm deadlines
