Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire monthly payroll process for all employees. 
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
  • Prepare and submit social and tax declarations.
  • Process employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits and deductions.
  • Maintain and update payroll records and databases.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure payroll data accuracy.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Degree in management, accounting, human resources or similar field.
  • Proficiency in PC Payroll software.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
  • In-depth knowledge of social and tax legislation.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Rigor and attention to detail.
