Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the entire monthly payroll process for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare and submit social and tax declarations.
- Process employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits and deductions.
- Maintain and update payroll records and databases.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure payroll data accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree in management, accounting, human resources or similar field.
- Proficiency in PC Payroll software.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
- In-depth knowledge of social and tax legislation.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Rigor and attention to detail.
