Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform all the necessary operations to prepare payroll, including data entry, consistency checks, printouts, and monthly payroll closing.

Process the various variable elements of payroll (bonuses, allowances, benefits) while ensuring their compliance with internal and legal rules.

to prepare the monthly employee contribution declarations (DAC) within the allotted deadlines

to establish the annual salary declaration (DAS), ensuring the accuracy of the data transmitted

Manage and maintain the legal payroll records in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Address and process all employee complaints regarding their compensation, providing clear explanations or escalating the situation if necessary.

Calculation of STC and retirement severance pay

Pr parer the provision of the allowance of cong

Prepare the retirement allowance

Ensure the archiving and updating of payroll-related documents

Education: Bachelor's degree + 4 years in Accounting

Experience: 4+ years of experience in payroll management

Basic knowledge of social legislation and payroll techniques.

Good mastery of Excel and payroll software b>(PC Paie).

Rigour and Organisation: Essential for payroll and compliance with legal deadlines.

Discretion and respect for confidentiality: Essential for the processing of sensitive information.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
