Roles & Responsibilities

Duties amp Responsibilities
< b> Collect daily weekly or monthly timesheets.
Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime deductions bonuses etc.
employers compensation by the end of each month.
Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees.
Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts digital or paper
Report on payroll expenses
Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations.
Enter new employers data e.g. bank accounts and other employee information into the hospital internal databases.
Answer questions about compensation benefits and insurance deductions
Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
Gather information on hours worked for each employee.
Responsible follow-up to assist new join employees on bank details.
Receive approval from higher management for payments when needed.
Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper
Keep track of hour rates wages compensation benefit rates new hire information etc.
Prepares reports for management concerning scope of audit financial conditions found source and app cation of funds.
Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
Counts cash on hand inspects notes receivable and payable negotiable securities and cancelled checks.
Perform orientations onboarding and records with new hires as needed.
Responsible for data entry filing scanning and uploading into hospital internal system as needed.
Provide HR support to employees as needed.
Resolving payroll discrepancies
Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
BSc in Accounting Human Resources or relevant field
Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer or similar role
Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.
Good knowledge of labor legislation
Time-management skills
Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
Abi ty to handle confidential information.
Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge
Excellent communication skills
