Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Process and manage monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave balances.
- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and contract renewals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance procedures.
- Coordinate with finance for salary disbursements and related documentation.
- Prepare HR reports related to salaries, benefits, and personnel data.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and HR policies.
- Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Utilize Odoo or other HR systems for data entry and reporting (preferred).
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in payroll and personnel management.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, tax, and social insurance regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Odoo ERP or similar HR systems is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
